Loyalty programme

How loyalty works in Retiva — stamp cards, the reward that lands in the customer's wallet, and launching your first programme.

Loyalty in Retiva means programmes customers enrol in to reward your regulars. To start, stamp cards are available — a “buy N, get 1 free” model, ideal for cafés, food & drink and quick purchases.

How it works

The customer collects stamps for purchases. Once a card is complete, Retiva issues the reward straight into the customer’s wallet — as a voucher they already know how to use. You redeem it just like any other voucher, in the Redeem module.

Launching your first programme

In the Loyalty module, click Launch a program and go through the wizard (nothing goes live until you review it):

  1. Type — choose Stamp card (“buy N, get 1 free”).
  2. Design — the look of the loyalty card.
  3. Reward — the reward (a voucher that lands in the customer’s wallet).
  4. Options — programme settings.
  5. Review — preview and confirm.

Stamp card

Decide how many stamps a reward takes (e.g. “buy 9, the tenth is free”). The model works best for products bought regularly and at a similar price — coffee, drinks, snacks.

How a customer collects and claims the reward

The customer gathers stamps across purchases, and once the card is complete they receive a reward voucher in their phone wallet. Claiming the reward is simply redeeming that voucher at the counter — see Redeeming vouchers.

Membership tiers (coming soon)

Beyond stamp cards, Membership tiers are announced — Normal, Silver, Gold, with perks that scale with the tier. The feature is marked “coming soon” and will arrive in a future release of the Loyalty module.
