Stores and storefront

How to create a store, set its currency and languages, connect a custom domain, and fill in the contact details shown on vouchers.

A Store is a single storefront — the public page where customers buy your vouchers and tickets. One Team can run several stores, each with its own currency, languages, look and domain.

Creating a store

  1. Go to Stores and click Create store.
  2. Give it a name and a slug (part of the storefront address).
  3. Choose the currency and languages, then save.

The new store appears in the list with its currency, product count and status. To open its settings, click Edit next to the store.

Currency

You pick the store currency from PLN, EUR, USD and GBP. The currency applies to product prices and payments in that store — set it to match the market you sell in.

Languages and primary language

In Settings, enable the available languages (Polski, English) and choose the Primary language. The storefront shows content in the customer’s language, and the field in the primary language is required on products. Remember to fill in product names and descriptions in every enabled language.

Custom domain (custom hostname)

By default the store runs on a slug-based address. In the Custom hostname field you can set your own address (e.g. shop.yourbusiness.com). Once set, the storefront is served at that hostname and slug URLs redirect to it. This requires configuring DNS and a TLS certificate for that domain.

Contact details and socials

In Settings, fill in your contact details: phone, public email, website and profiles (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), plus a Google review link and address. These appear on the printable voucher and on the back of loyalty cards — only fill in the channels you actually use.

Activating a store

The Active toggle controls whether the store is publicly available. An inactive store takes no orders — use it while the store is being set up or temporarily closed.

Several stores in a team

If you run multiple locations or brands, create a separate store for each. Products, orders and look belong to a specific store, while the team and staff stay shared.
